Busy November

November has no doubt been a busy month for Vincent Companies. While we have seen many companies slowing down, lose their financing, and struggle with penciling out new deals, we are excited to announce that we successfully closed on over $46 million of recent developments in a single week. These include the construction of our Grand35 apartment project in Burnsville, MN, and the acquisition of a Data Center Facility in Milwaukee, WI. While much of the world contracts, we continue leveraging our knowledge, experience, and partnerships to strategically grow.
