Today we held a groundbreaking event at Boden Senior Living of Apple Valley. This 42,986-square-foot, single-story building will include 40 assisted living units and 24 memory care units on the northeast corner of 155th Street West and Pilot Knob Road.
We united with a great team of project partners, investors, and city officials to celebrate this accomplishment! We look forward to seeing them all again at the grand opening in 2022. It’s an honor to join the Apple Valley community! Take a look at our video footage from this event:
