168-Unit Apartment Community Development

Rogers, MN – The Vincent Woods Apartment Community is a 168-unit, market-rate apartment housing development being constructed in two separate buildings. Each of the two apartment buildings is designed as a three-story structure with an underground parking garage. Building amenities include a community room, gym-quality fitness center, business center, pet area, playground, walking trail, and on-site management office, among others.


70-Unit Senior Living Community

East Bethel, MN – Cedar Creek Senior Living is a 70-unit, assisted living development which will include 49 assisted living and 21 memory care units located in East Bethel, MN. This building will be designed and constructed as a three-story structure with a parking garage. The building is designed as an “X” shaped, 3-story structure with a pitched roof and prominent front entry feature. The building is wood-framed with a slab-on-grade foundation and hydraulic elevator service.  The current parking plan provides for 11 “tuck-under” garage stalls and 67 surface parking spaces (78 total).


192-Unit Market-Rate Apartment Building

Richfield, MN – Located at 2400 West 66th Street, just East of the Richfield/Edina border approximately a half-mile from the Southdale shopping center. The building will sit on roughly 2.3-acres. NOVO will consist of 192 market-rate units within a 5-story building above a two-level, 228 stall underground parking garage.
